The Bean Café

The Bean Café was a great suggestion from the ziplining guide in Lajitas. We had spent the day in Big Bend State Park hiking and and doing a lot off off-road driving with our two Aussie dogs and wanted a place to stop for a late lunch.  We weren’t too far from Presidio so we headed that direction. Their website indicated that they had outside seating, but we didn’t see any.  Brian went in to inquire because we had our dogs with us.  The owner was more than accommodating and promptly set up a table outside in the shade for us.  It was perfect.  The food was delicious, and the service was beyond amazing.  The owner came over and told us the history of the business and how they came to reside at this location.  He greeted ever guest coming and going by name. It was an amazing experience and refreshing display of how businesses should be run.
