Dornans Pizza & Pasta Company

When we arrived in the Tetons at the beginning of May 2022 the only area open with a restaurant was Donnans in Moose.  The Dornans resort is a fairly small area consisting of 3 restaurants, bar, grocery store, general store, gas station, an art studio and some cabin rentals.  We stopped in the Pizza & Pasta restaurant for a bite and a drink or maybe two.

The restaurant menu consists of pizza, pasta and salads among other general items.  The pizza was very good and they had the choice of gluten free dough which was great.  The bar was full service and had an amazing view of the mountains behind it.

After filling our tummies, we proceeded to the general store to check out the sale rack and purchase a thing or two.  Then to the small grocery store to replenish our fruits and veggies.  The store is adequate for essential items.  For a much bigger grocery run we went down to Jackson to the Albertson’s which is very large and stocked well.

We came back to Dornans later in our trip on a beautiful day that was sunny with temps in the upper 60’s so that we could sit outside and overlook the mountains and river for a second meal. The atmosphere is fun, the food is good and the service is outstanding.
